I can only speak about the ones in California, but from my understanding the stores in Texas are the same way. Sorry but there is no way to buy items via phone from these stores, you must visit them in person. Also, best way to get the best deals is to go often, they often have different sales each day, so only purchase it when it is on sale. Apply for their member card, its free to join and you will get coupons for even larger discounts online. I often purchased items at pennies to the dollar then sold them on Ebay for 100-300% profit!
